Norfolk knocked out of MCCA Unicorns Knock-Out Trophy by Cambridgeshire

Norfolk CCC were knocked out of the MCCA Unicorns One-Day Knock-Out on Sunday after suffering a narrow 8 run defeat at the hands of Cambridgeshire at Exning Park.

Norfolk have not won the knockout competition since 2009 and hoped to go far in the competition this summer after an impressive performance against a strong Suffolk side in the first round. However, it was not to be as they succumbed by the narrowest of margins on a glorious summers day at Exning, the home of Burwell & Exning Cricket Club.
