Norfolk miss out on T20 finals day after two defeats to Hertfordshire

Norfolk haved missed out on a 2nd successive MCCA Unicorns T20 Finals Day after suffering two defeats to Hertfordshire at Harpenden on Sunday (16th June) in a rain affected day.

Needing two victories and some favourable results, Norfolk knew that nothing but perfection would see them qualify for the 4-team finals day. Unfortunately, Norfolk’s hopes were dashed after the first game which saw D/L have a big bearing on the match which was reduced to 7 overs per side. Hertfordshire then won teh 2nd match of the day to see them qualify for the finals at group winners.
